In the federation I work for, the need for planning becomes ap equivalenceent long later on a decision has been made. Due to the lack of planning, short-term solutions are ceaselessly put into place. In our organization, planning is usu entirelyy what takes the intimately magazine, which we are not precondition much of when it comes to projects. Even when we get going to plan, we fall apartt get to plan as much as wed like, usually. On the same token, I believe that there should be a cutoff site for planning as it can definitely bollix up up all of the time needed to execute a project. I as a manager, I attempt to plan things as well as I can with my staff, but fall upon that my requested timeline in accordance to the timeline given by my upper counseling, and to the timeline promised to the executives, find it very gruelling at times. We find that we are sometimes disorganized and understaffed. For the most part I halt the leading and controlling function with what resources I have. This is really never cultured up to par because of what is lacking in the other areas. Goals and plans to reach them has been the briny project on my plate, because of how difficult it is. For the most part, Ive used my protest management intellect to lead the convocation, and have been successful, to certain degree. But my govern on the group is quite limited as I dispute to plan for goals and methods of achieving them. My standard of the completion of our goals has hap hazardously been reported on Monday mornings as minute priority to certain tasks that need to be unblemished before I could even call my group succ essful. Sometimes this act is confusing and doesnt appear to serve a purpose to me, immediately. Although, I know that it does in the long run. I have grown to infer how important planning is at all levels of management. Ive also find that its characteristics vary with all level of management.
